No. Facil is a medical services membership. You pay for every service you receive, at a price agreed in advance with participating clinics.
What does Facil charge me?
Only the monthly membership fee. Medical services are paid at the clinic, not to Facil.
Is there a waiting period?
No. Your membership is active as soon as you enroll.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. It does not automatically refund the current period — refunds depend on the applicable terms. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Who can enroll?
Residents of Florida. There are no medical eligibility requirements.
